These are compression shirts so these are 1 size too small If you are a Medium regular t-shirt size go up to Large or XL depending on how tight you like it. These are not sublimated they are DTF that presses into the fibers. I tested it for 50+ washes and I've had no issues with the graphic on the rashguard. As long as you follow these rules below** 

**DO NOT put it in the Dryer HOT. Air dry only or inside-out low heat tumble.
**DO NOT USE Fabric softener as it will reduce life.
